At NWSA, our top value is kindness.  We also prize a strong work ethic in the teaching staff, individualism in the creative aspects of our art, to include the art of teaching, a primary focus on the emotional well-being and safety of our students, a graduation rate commensurate with our students' high growth and talents, and promoting opportunities for our students to demonstrate mastery in academics and the arts.
